Defense Attorney’s Fetal Personhood Argument to Free Pregnant Client Has Left Worried About Abortion

An attorney in Florida is arguing that his client’s unborn child is a person who is being illegally imprisoned in order to get her released from prison. This of course has the Left who love to murder their children in the womb worried because of what it could mean for abortion. They could not care any less than they do that this woman is accused of murdering another woman in the back of an Uber and could be let back on the street as a result of this.
