Closing Arguments from College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC

In the absence of any expressed closing arguments from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia, the legal obligations and terms of reference under the Health Professions Act were stated for the record. My participation as Dr. Daniel Nagase was solely for the College of Physicians and Surgeons alone, as my participation was not obligated under the terms of my resignation / retirement in March 2022. The College did not participate in any of the hearings that they had scheduled for February 21st through February 24th, 2023.
