Murabba: A Green City Prison [Prophecy Update]

Murabba is Saudi Arabia’s attempt at a 15-minute city which is meant to “save the planet.” However, these 15-minute cities are popping up all over the place as a way to go to zero carbon emissions. However, these 15-minute cities are nothing more than a wall-less prison. We will take a look at the Murraba and Neom in Saudi Arabia and try to understand the intentionality of the 15-minute city.
