- What is success? Figure out what you want out of life. Each persons success is unique to them.

- Most successful people are basically doing the same thing everyday or every week, but they are doing it with excellence

- Mourning routine
- Gratitudes
- Today’s main goal
- 3 Things (could be less, but not more)
- What will make today great

- Workout - write it down and record your progress

- Block schedule the main part of your day

- Daily Review and shift items over to next day they need to get worked on.

- Weekly review/planning to confirm you’re moving in the direction of your goals

- Now give yourself time limits. What are you going to do in the next two weeks? Go start on them now and work on them a little everyday.

- Remove/reduce distractions. Concentration exercises
