1. Slice 15 red peppers, half an onion, and some carrots
2. Slice 200g of pork (hind leg meat) and season with rice wine and pepper.
3. Add green onion and 1 minced garlic to a frying pan, add pork and stir-fry.
4 Add onions and carrots and stir-fry
5. Add 1 sugar, 2 dark soy sauce, and 1 oyster sauce and stir-fry.
6. Add 1 red pepper powder and red pepper and stir-fry until slightly out of breath.
7. Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds
