SNOW STORM in PORTLAND OREGON: Dangerous driving conditions.

On my way to a job site I kept passing by hundreds and hundreds of trucks and cars that were all backed up as they headed into Portland Oregon, USA. It finally dawned on me as I got closer to my destination to grab some footage for you… so now you know what it was like between 1 and 2 AM Thursday February 23rd, 2023.
