WTF Happened to Project Veritas? Who & What Fired James O'Keefe from His Own Company @vermontredpill

The public has a right to know what happened - WHY did the board vote to remove James on the week of the biggest story Project Veritas has ever done?
WHY INDEED.
My thoughts - SOMEONE (Pfizer) is paying board members handsomely to destroy PV from within.
- the goal is either destruction of company or takeover and ruin the reputation of PV by running propaganda without James - either way, PV and its credibility are destroyed right when they were finally being seen for the journalists they ARE.

There is a lot to this story, so I took notes. I've posted them below:
Late January -
Pfizer Video is released - 50 million views - admits they are mutating covid
February 2nd -
tactical differences in Fundraising methods cause rift between PV Officer and James- PV Officer is informed in front of colleagues if he wasn't willing to follow James' lead, he would be shown the door - argument boiled over into staff meeting. "I don't build in order to have donors -
I have donors in order to build."
February 3rd - Fed 4th -
James fires PV Officer 1 because he won't resign.
PV Officer 2 says he'll go to the bord for emergency vote to restructure the company - James gets the agenda in an email while sitting on a plane - meeting was scheduled for when his plane LANDED in Nashville - James knew he would be removed as CEO.

- PV Officer 2: Our supporters won't have to find out.
James convinces board to push meeting to February 6th.
Friday February 3rd -
Board member reaches out to journalist via text: u get a raise if there is a restructuring at Project Veritas - board member deleted message but PV journalist kept the screen shots.
February 5th - Board member requests James come to his house He accuses James of having nothing to do w Pfizer story. James prepped nervous journalist & encouraged him to pursue the story. When pointed out the board member was wrong, Board member says they were hearing things about James from another board member.
February 6th - James offers apology letter for tone of voice during meeting - Board doesn't accept apology and refuse to allow him to share letter w his staff - 6.5 hour Meeting/Struggle Session:
list of grievances:
- black cars to meetings
- using private jets to go to multiple meetings a day
- failure to record audio at a bar in NY
- stole a pregnant women's sandwich.
- James' ex girlfriends
- concerns about videos where James chases Twitter employee around
- no board member stood up for him
- Board Member: Is there anything James O'Keefe is good at?
- after 6 hours, James was asked what he has to say for himself - 10 secs to respond than he was dismissed.
- Board votes to strip James of all authority and decision making for 180 days -suspend James and transfer all power to the board - James not allowed to talk to donors or raise money
Board Minutes show: James no longer has paycheck - indefinitely suspended.
- A Few Days later - James gets missed calls and texts from board members that voted to suspend him. - corporate resolution was to be on paid leave for 2 weeks.
PV Officer 3 - takes screenshots of red reciepts - "u owe your staff a response about these".
- James can't contact anyone because of corporate resolution - while on leave James is kicked off board - He didn't even know if he still had a job.
Feb 15th - PV Executive Directors Statement: James hasn't been removed from PV - James is hard working man - absent from statement is actions of board to remove him as CEO - The letter is a LIE - PV Tweet put out saying James is alive and well on vacation.
A Few Days letter PV Officer sends email: expenses
- PV paid for James' wedding downpayment - James has never been married - 12,000 was payment for annual PV Christmas Party - lies by omission - wedding VENUE used for employee party.
WHY is ALL of this happening right now?
February 16th - James sends proposal that board members resign by the end of the week or James will be forced to walk away from his OWN COMPANY.
- emotional circus was created by board's actions
- PV will go on with James as leader & NEW board w duty of care and loyalty to organization
- Will return Monday (Feb 20th) to work with remaining team & continue PV mission
- if board remains James can't stay with them harassing him and others at PV
- ruining reputation and fabricating stories - James never lied to audience in 15 years - PV board put on a statement full of lies.
- February 20th - board refuses to resign - James leaves company - will start again.
