'War is not the solution' -U.N. chief marks one year of war in Ukraine

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on Wednesday (Feb. 22) denounced Russia's invasion of Ukraine as a violation of the founding U.N. Charter and international law and called out Russian threats about possible use of nuclear weapons.
