Fibre 1 Delights Cinnamon Bun review

Taste testing the Fibre 1 Delights Cinnamon Bun snack. I really like these because they have a low amount of calories, but still provide 5 g of fibre and if I’m being honest, I found these keep me feeling full better than some other things with higher calories. The cinnamon bun flavour is spot on like an actual cinnamon buns so if you’re a fan of cinnamon buns you are in luck with this. The flavour is nice and chill. It isn’t too intense compared to some other cinnamon buns out there, but that’s all right has it comes with a good amount of fibre.
