UK Scientists Suggest Wartime Rationing to Cope with Climate Change

A growing body of policy research is being written on ways to manage the inevitable scarcity caused after the fossil fuel industry is destroyed. In this video I look at the concept of using wartime rationing to allocate food and other resources during the inevitable scarcity that follows.
