Financing a Non-Warrantable Condo [DSCR Loan Options]

Hi Beau,
I am in contract for a condo unit. I was preapproved for a loan but when the lender found out it was a non-warrantable condo, they said they couldn't do the loan and they rescinded the preapproval.

Can you explain to me if there are any financing options?

I was buying this as a short-term rental investment property.

Thanks,
Kevin
