What is China’s top diplomat doing in Russia ?

China's top diplomat Wang Yi was headed to Moscow on Monday, a day after receiving a warning from the US against arming Russia.
US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Wang Yi met on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference in Germany. In later interviews Blinken revealed that the US had information that China was planning to provide lethal support to Russia in its war in Ukraine. And that such support would carry consequences for Beijing.
