Putin suspends last U.S. nuclear treaty

Russia's President Vladimir Putin is suspending his country's participation in the last remaining nuclear arms control treaty with the United States, and warned he's putting new ground-based strategic nuclear weapons on combat duty. The comments came during a major speech, ahead of the Ukraine invasion's anniversary. Matthew Larotonda reports.
