S04E04 Becker's Easy Eats: Easy Spiced Ginger Cookies

I know Christmas was already months ago, but it is still quite cold out here and I decided to make these warm, lightly spiced cookies to go with my hot cup of tea with a splash of milk!

These Easy Spiced Ginger Cookies are perfect to warm your tummies and hearts!

EASY SPICED GINGER COOKIES

Ingredients:
300g all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp ground allspice
½ tsp ground black pepper
¾ tsp fine salt
170g softened butter
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup brown sugar syrup
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
Granulated sugar for rolling

*This recipe makes 18 cookies of 40g each
