Homemade Jalapeno Cheese, so easy to make with only a few Ingredients.

Ingredients:
1 Gallon Whole Milk,
3/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar,
1 tbsp fresh Lime Juice,
1 tbsp Salt,
1 Jalapeno (chopped)
