The Heat Powered Stove Fan In Our Off Grid Tiny House

Someone sent us a Liank wood stove top heat powered fan a while back and I wanted to share my thoughts with you after using it for a while now.

You can get a heat powered fan yourself on Amazon here: http://amzn.to/2nijHGN

This fan uses no batteries and needs no outside source of energy. It sits on top of your wood stove and blows hot air into your home using the waste energy of the heat from your wood stove.

Inside this device is a TEG which is a Thermal Electric Generator. The TEG generates electricity from heat energy. So this fan sits on top of your wood stove and generates its own electricity.

It is silent running too. We have used this for more than just moving heat. Melanie loves to point it into the kitchen to blow warm air right on her when working.

We use it to speed up drying of our laundry when we hang it inside our off grid tiny house on wheels.

It is a pretty cool fan. And with prices falling on heat powered wood stove fans this is very affordable now too.

Thank you again for sending us such an awesome device.
