Day 379 of Let's Read the Bible - 2 Chronicles 12, Luke 23, John 16

Today we read about Shishak attacking Jerusalem and the Lord allowing them to become subjugated to Egypt. Jesus is sentenced to be crucified. He is crucified with the other criminals. The afternoon turns dark and Joseph of Arimathea buries Him in a tomb in a rock. Jesus tells the disciples that their grief will turn to joy. They begin to believe in Jesus as God.
