Ukraine is breaking international conventions by building a canal on Bistroe in the Danube

The story is like this, the international conventions say there can only be one canal for ships to pass in the Danube Biosphere (called Sulina) where the Danube meets the Black Sea. Ukraine broke these international conventions by building another canal, Bistroe in the same time Lying to Romania saying they havent extended the canal but in their press conferences in Ukraine they bragged about the fact that they did. The Ukranians modified the depth of the existing illegal Bistroe Canal and also made interventions on the Chilia Danube arm, where they have put in ships to navigate it, which is illegal according to the International Conventions which Ukraine also signed. They did an illegal thing and then another one by lying to the Romanian authorities. These interventions change the Biosphere and Natural Reserve of Danube and affect it negatively. Their excuse: Its war in Ukraine. Basically they said f you environment, f you Romania. The Danube Natural Reserve is a wonderfull area with lots of fish, birds, horses, animals, unique in Europe and its protected by International Law. We must expose Ukraine for the deceit and the fact that they are not living up to the international obligations and that they are Russia 2 with these projects and the fact that their president and government continuosly lies. They lied, the Ukraine government when they have said a Russian rocket flew over Romania too. It didnt. The Ukranian government also disprescts European Nationalities which have nothing to do with Russia. The Ukranian government has to be taxed. Share this video.
