Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1. Cut 300g of cabbage, 300g of radish, and half a carrot.
2. Dissolve 1 flower salt in 400ml of water
Marinate cabbage, radish, and carrot for 15 minutes and wash once.
3. Red pepper water
Dissolve 3-4 red pepper powder in 1500ml of water, filter through a cotton cloth after 20 minutes
4. Add half to 1 pear, 5 garlic, ginger the size of a thumbnail, half an onion, 200ml of water, blend in a blender, and set aside
5. Mix 3 times + 4 times + anchovy sauce 1, kosher salt 2-3, honey 1
6. Add cabbage, radish, carrot, 5-10 chives, and 1-2 red peppers.
7. Season, add salt if it's bland, or sugar if it's not sweet enough
