When you're in trouble some loving people will be moved to help. They will use what they have to help. Unfortunately if they have the wrong thing to apply it will affect you negatively. A lot of maims and deaths are caused by wrong administration of help by unqualified people who don't necessarily have ill motives. This is why Wafula's feet got such deep wounds and rot but very few jiggers. He is fortunate not to have been 'treated' at the knees elbows hands and sitters - it would really be bad! If those acids and stuff were poured at his private parts he would have lost his poor penis.
