Anchovy broth
1. Boil 2L of water
2. Add kelp over medium heat, boil for 5 minutes and remove
3. Add one or two fistfuls of anchovies, green onion, onion, and radish
4. Boil for 15-20 minutes
5. Turn off the heat and remove the ingredients after 30 minutes

#cheonggukjang
1. Stir-fry pork/kimchi/red pepper powder in perilla oil
2 Pour anchovy broth and when it boils, add Cheonggukjang
3. Add zucchini (leek), mushrooms, onion tofu and boil
4. Boil green onion, Cheongyang pepper, and minced garlic until vegetables are cooked (low heat)
5. Season with soup soy sauce or salt at the end.
