My favorite potatoes-Yukon gold.

These can be done in the air fryer or over at 400 degrees . Until golden brown . They took 15 minutes in the air fryer for me with a couple shakes at 10 minutes .

Cut , rinse in cold water , Pat dry , coat with olive oil and salt then bake at 400F until golden brown!
