Crunches are an overused and misunderstood exercise. Many ppl get caught up in the core only aspect of the exercise. The neck is a critical point for this exercise and overlooked. Wacth the video and pay attention to head placement, eye placement for the start of the movement, during the movement and the end. It all makes a difference if you are going to experience neck pain or not.
