Shop Vac upgrade into Dust Collector.

I was tired of keep cleaning my shop vac after vacuuming so I decided to add a simple dust collector system to it. This method can be used with other vacuums as long as the casters have have tool placement feature.

Also do not forget to get the right coupling/adapter for your vacuum.

Items used:
4x 1-1/2 in. PVC DWV Female Trap Adapter with Washer/P-Nut
2x 1-1/2 in. x 10 ft. PVC Schedule 40 DWV Pipe
1x 5 Gal. Homer Bucket

1x Dustopper
19"x19" 1/2 inch ply wood.
The center hole for the bucket is 11 1/4 diameter.
