A Democrat judicial candidate for Wisconsin’s state Supreme Court during her time as a County Circuit Judge let two child rapists who plead guilty walk with time served. One of which has disappeared, whereabouts unknown. On top of this, she also let a mother who starved her special needs son to death walk with time served as well.
