Baking for Easter: One bowl, 30 minute Cookies and Cream Egg Blondies | Daily recipes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 oz white chocolate chips
6 Oreo cookies, crushed
6-8 mini Cadbury Creme Eggs, halved.
Instructions:
1.) Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
2.) In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar. Mix well until smooth.
3.) Add the egg and vanilla extract and whisk until well combined.
4.) Add flour, baking powder, and salt to the bowl. Mix until the dry ingredients are just incorporated into the wet ingredients.
5.) Fold in the crushed Oreos, white chocolate chips, and chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs.
6.) Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
7.) Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set.
8.) Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before lifting them out with the parchment paper and transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
9.) Cut into squares and serve.
