Here's a recipe for keto mozzarella sticks:

Ingredients:

12 string cheese sticks
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 tbsp water
Cooking spray

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the cheese sticks in half, so you have 24 shorter sticks.
In a shallow bowl, mix together the almond flour, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
In another shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and water.
Dip each cheese stick into the egg mixture, then into the almond flour mixture, making sure to coat each stick well.
Place the coated sticks on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.
Spray the sticks with cooking spray.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the coating is crispy.
