Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup Biscoff cookie spread
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
In another mixing bowl, stir together the Biscoff cookie spread, powdered sugar, and milk until well combined.
Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
Spoon the Biscoff mixture onto the brownie batter, making sure to leave some space around the edges.
Pour the remaining brownie batter on top of the Biscoff mixture, making sure to spread it out evenly.
Bake the brownies for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.
