Steps for Using SwitchBot-BLE plugin with HOOBS:
• Download switchbot-ble plugin (https://bit.ly/3lcBucz)
• (In Terminal) Run: sudo apt-get install bluetooth bluez libbluetooth-dev libudev-dev
• (In Terminal) run: sudo apt-get install libcap2-bin
• (In Terminal) run: sudo setcap cap_net_raw+eip $(eval readlink -f `which node`)
• Restart hoobs service.
• Configure Plugin
