How to Prepare the Best SUSHI Roll!

I've been stuck at home social distancing so I decided to share one of my favorite sushi recipes! You can find the products I used below. Hope you get a chance to make it and enjoy it as much as I do! This recipe is also great with the fish yellow jack!

Additional Instructions:
Asparagus - Blanch asparagus for 1min. 30sec. then put in a bowl of ice water to cool for 1 min.
Sushi Rice - Follow instructions on bag to cook rice (I use a rice cooker). When the rice is ready, spread it on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with seasoning vinegar. Mix and fan the rice to cool it and incorporate the vinegar in all the rice. Let cool.
