Today we're having a Real Talk with our friend & Restauranteur Erik Forsberg, one of Minnesota’s most well known and multifaceted hospitality scene personalities, he’s probably even a celebrity by now, at least he would think so, a quick Google search and you’ll find him on Kare 11, Wcco, and DeRusha Eats.

Erik owns & operates Devils Advocate, Dan Kelly's, 4200 Upland Farm, the infamous Erik the Red (which will be reborn), Joseph's, and now Downtown Minneapolis’ Newest French restaurant Chloe.

At his Pillsbury Country Estate in Minnetrista, we take a deep dive into where Erik started, what got him to where his is today, & a lot of adventure in between.

And of course we’re taking liberties from his private label libations: Stranahan's & Peach Street Distilling, served at both Devil's Advocate locations: Downtown Minneapolis & Stillwater.

When it all boils down, we get an intimate insight into what it takes to fight through hospitality's complex challenges and how to continually innovate and serve our Twin Cities Restaurant industry, it takes more than drive and passion, it takes risk, and competency, no doubt derived from Erik’s supportive upbringing and vast professional endeavors.
