Kentucky eases concerns over water contamination

The Ohio EPA and state leaders reported that the spill of hazardous materials from the East Palestine train derailment did flow into the Ohio River, but officials from both Ohio and Kentucky said they are analyzing samples and will shut down its Ohio River intake if necessary.
