Travel to Poidsear Castle and collect the map to start the side quest The Hippogriff Marks the Spot. Then, head to Henrietta's Hideout in the far south. Next, grab the hidden fire cube and light both the fire and ice cubes to open the door. After clearing the room with the statue, reverse all the pyres around the base of the statue. Light the unlit pyres with fire, and freeze all the originally lit pyres. Finally, a hidden door will open revealing the treasure.
