What is spiritual light & sound energy meditation? An advanced meditation teacher explains - VLOG 1

Hi I'm Mark, a spiritual light and sound meditation teacher living in Kent, UK. Based on 15+ years of experience meditating on higher light and sound, I answer the question "How is Light and Sound Meditation different from other forms of meditation?". I also explore how meditation can lead to spiritual enlightenment, and discuss my understandings so far about the 7 lower vibrational bodies or levels such as mind, higher mind, body, intuition, etheric, and astral (dream body), and explain how they can be explored and then transcended through meditation.
