Italian Game | Coming Back From Lost Positions #5

I got into quite a pickle in this Italian Game! I missed one thing, compounded my error, and ended up in a thoroughly lost position. Instead of resigning, I decided to play on! Will it work? We do end up with a pretty nice endgame.
