I am a classically trained chef, skilled in construction, sanitation, and procurement. I have a high degree of flexibility, stress tolerance, and awareness of peoples needs.

INTRO:
Welcome to Yeti at large, a channel focused on projects, food, family, self-reliance, and communication.

We consistently demonstrate a profound respect for all life, in all conditions and all stations.

This channel will share several ways we practice to reduce debt, increase self-reliance, and safeguard our happiness. We will feature some very practical small homesteading properties that are far from "pure" off grid or remote. We are making the best with what we have to work with.
PRODUCTION:
We are new to creating content and are learning with every new video. Currently we are using a NIKON B600 on a Amazon Basics tripod. We are editing with NCH Video Pad on a base level HP laptop. We are learning on Adobe Express for create the thumbnails. For audio we have the free version of Audacity.
