Ukrainian POW: "Can I have a goodbye cigarette?"

The Russian soldiers had to clarify there will be no executions, they are just POWs.

What kind of propaganda is Kiev feeding their soldiers with? Or perhaps they are aware of what their own side does and expect retaliation.
