Ingredients:

1/4 cup granulated erythritol or other keto-friendly seewtener- https://amzn.to/4164mJQ
1 tsp baking powder-https://amzn.to/3xmyZgg
1/2 tsp baking soda-https://amzn.to/3xmyZgg
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
3 large eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract-https://amzn.to/3YNJtkv
1/2 cup blueberries or other berries
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the melted butter, eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until a smooth batter forms.
Fold in the blueberries or other berries.
Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease the cups with cooking spray.
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serve the muffins warm or at room temperature.
