On the 6th, a day after the firefighters placed explosives (and they needed explosive to set it on fire) the most dangerous gas the Vynil Chloride burned. So a day after in which the Chloride didnt burn and people had ample time to evacuate the area but no one knew, hence the person filming could continue to film.
