How to make apple scrap jelly

Mulitple bags of apple peels were taking over my freezer. So I made jelly.
I put the peels in my electric pressure cooker, and covered with water. I set the cook time for 20 minutes then strained the juice through a flour sack towel into a dutch oven.
For each cup of juice I added one cup sugar, and 1/4 tablespoon lemon juice. Bring the mixture to a boil, and up to 220* F then checked for jell using the spoon test.
I ladled the mixture into sterilized jars and process in a hotwater bath for 10 miuntes. Remove jars, let cool for 24 hours. Any jars not sealed get refrigerated.
