I just got off work and need to get to the gym. I haven't eaten all day and I need to get some food in me before hitting the weights. It would be easy to drive through and pick up some fast food or drink a shake, but I'm not settling for that garbage. I'm determined to do whatever it takes to fuel my body with quality food. Fortunately, technology allows me to get nutritious meals without any inconvenience. Eating clean is just as simple as eating junk once you shift your mindset.
