Separation is an Illusion

Sometimes we can feel disconnected from the universe around us, even though we are connected in so many ways. Separation is an illusion that has been created so we can exist in this physical matrix, but it does not exist in the fundamental reality.

There are connections between all things, we just need to remember them. And once we see this, a lot of things that we experience will disappear.
Episode 8 of ‘Forming the Formless’ is all about understanding the illusion of separation and how separation can actually be used as a practical tool to live within the confines of the physical matrix we are all experiencing.
