Kids in every cultures like to dance, from the Middle East, to Africa, India, Europe, America and the rest of the world, as many take dancing lessons, and not just skin tight costumed ballet. Dancing is not child abuse, when done willingly, and talent should be encouraged at any age. Liberty, also means artistic freedom for people to dance any way they want, without any restraints, otherwise it would just be oppressive controlling communist style police state dictatorship tyranny. Some people are so much in a hurry to ban everything, that they just end up banning their own and everybody else's freedom. Artistic expression and the freedom of movement in dancing, is really free speech of the body, and there is no age for talent, or basic human rights.
