Which (if any) of the supplements on the FLCCC protocols should be avoided by those with cancer?

Dr. Nathan Goodyear says that methylene blue should not be avoided when treating cancer patients. He also suggests using Vitamin C. He does say one who is treating cancer should avoid NAC and explains why. Dr. Paul Marik adds his thoughts on the use of Vitamin C, and its oxidative effects, as it relates to use during cancer treatment. Both doctors agree that many other supplements like Vitamin D, turmeric, etc are good to take while undergoing treatment for cancer.
