Technocratic authoritarianism

A statement by Stephen Bell 13 February 2023 regarding the global social engineering and intelligence operation, through which the United States government and others are introducing technocratic authoritarianism especially to Western publics.
The targeted individual program that many now know about, has gone public, and not just the aspects of the social and political persecution of me Stephen Bell, however people who are just getting along with their daily lives, are now finding themselves to be exposed to electronic harassment through synthetic telepathy broadcasts which are typically of a sexual nature, without these people having done anything to warrant such’s attacks or interests from the states and intelligence agencies run this social engineering program.

Furthermore quite a few people, who do the state arbiters of the program find do not believe in programs propaganda genuinely enough, or who do not follow the constant instructions given over the real time synthetic telepathy communications system, are now often finding themselves to be implicated in the in the program’s propaganda campaigns and virtual movie fabrications, obviously without having any involvement or say whatsoever (the narratives are created by the intelligence agencies loosely based of the meta data if you will of any given scenario without necessarily anything worthy of a story transpiring)

So, you see the program is now being rolled out as a tool which can be used against anybody and everybody who they find are not thinking, saying or acting in accordance with what the state arbiters of the program primarily the United States government, arbitrarily want from day to day.
