Venison Smash Burgers

For many years we never really cared for the ground venison until I figured this out.

1 lb of ground venison
2 slices of good bacon
Teaspoon of that diced garlic
Sprinkle of course salt
Real butter

Cast Iron

I heat the iron to 450F read via laser thermometer
