California Covid shot mandate & ACIP adding the C-19 shot series to the childhood & adult schedule

We are taking this back to 2015 and how SB 277 created the foundation for the California department of public health to add any shot to the schedule without the legislative process. And what it means as Ed source released a report stating CDPH is walking back there mandate which has yet to be confirmed
