Turkish developers arrested in earthquake probe

Video released by Turkey's Istanbul Police Department showed the arrest of property developer Mehmet Yasar Coskun at Istanbul Airport on Friday (February 10) as he tried to leave the country for Montenegro. The country vowed on Sunday (February 12) to investigate thoroughly anyone suspected of responsibility for the collapse of buildings in the country's devastating earthquakes six days ago.
