How Much Should I Give, or "Tithe" ?

In the old law, the Jews were commanded to give a tenth, or a “tithe.” What does that mean? And does that still apply to use today? And how should we go about determining how much to give to God? Using scripture, this video also discusses how Christians should view the old law vs the new law.
