People of Earth and all lands in cooperation with Earth Based Martian Government.

We have today for Based Ohio a petition demanding the Ohio legislature adopt the Ourso Ohio Statewide EMP Forcefield Shield Mandate.

In our resolution we place a mandate to safeguard our power grid transformers at all costs on all electric service utility providers.

In that the grids are still to this day vulnerable to EMP is unfathomably unacceptable.

Whether it be a colossal solar flare EMP or some weirdo people disguising themselves as China with wack plans to dominate the planet from generations ago releasing a bioweapon upon the Earth to place a foreign agent in the White House on the verge of decertification trying to cover their asses with a balloon carrying an EMP weapon before being held accountable by the entire human population...

The Earth Based Martian Government demands these electric power grid safeguards of utility providers in the form of petition just to start it.
